Perfect service, quiet hotel.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom and TV with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room.

Quiet and beautiful hotel, we loved this place.

we were in baku for 4 days, had fairly nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with favourable location in the middle of jackson. the room was high quality and big, had exceptionally comfortable and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The hotel is fairly clean and located in a beautiful building near restaurants and the city center. The staff is excellent and friendly, with a great attitude. The rooms are of high standard and spacious, equipped with a shower, hair dryers, and bath robes. The view from the window overlooking the garden is lovely. it was a nice experience.

We had a fantastic stay here at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff members were incredibly friendly, always with a smile on their faces, and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is convenient, not far from the city center, making it easy for us to explore all that the city has to offer.

During my stay, I was impressed with how attentive and friendly the staff was. They helped me plan my day and facilitated my transportation needs. The hotel provided a simple yet filling breakfast, with a coffee machine that made a variety of coffee. The location was also great, not too far from the center, and the area was peaceful at night.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short car ride away from the city centre, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. the friendly and helpful staff makes the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offers tasty options to start the day off right. the SPA facilities are exceptional with welcoming staff and a very reasonable entrance fee.

There are some odours that may occasionally disrupt the comfort of the room.

During my stay at the Kristal Inn, the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and even helped me plan my daily itinerary and book transportation. Additionally, the room size was very good and provided excellent value for money. The comfortable bed and good-sized bathroom made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenience of the free parking right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and new, which is a great start to any trip. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and breakfast options were tasty and plentiful. The location was perfect for me as it was close to many services and had a wonderful nightlife for walking.

The hotel may not be ideal for families and children, as there is limited entertainment for them. Some services, like the spa facilities, required an entrance fee, and there were some issues with room cleanliness and smells.
